Overview
ACC provides a variety of emergency support programs including up to 24x7 coverage for customers’ most critical systems. Most programs include preventive maintenance as well as on-site response to system emergencies. Programs are individually tailored to the needs of each customer with respect to coverage, response, and preventive services:

Typical System Coverage
ACC Support Programs typically include systems and components associated with automation and/or data collection systems, including:
- SCADA/HMI systems, including peripherals (printers, UPS, network components)
- Historian systems
- System interfaces (OPC servers, custom communication software, etc.)
- Reporting and data collection applications
- PLC-based systems, networks, and I/O
- Related hardware such as power supplies, drives, motor starters, scale interfaces, etc.
Preventive Maintenance
Most support programs include periodic, pre-scheduled preventive maintenance. Typical frequency is three to six months; activities are tailored for each system and application.
- Backup of all configuration files
- Hard drive check (if hard drive is close to capacity, ACC will notify the customer and archive selected files to CD or other media)
- Review system alarm and log files
- Check database tables archive as needed to prevent from getting too large.
- Create registry backups or emergency recovery disks for all PCs.
- Summary report including incidents and recommendations
