ProcessRecords is a simple tool for automating your documents, allowing cost-effective collection and analysis of both manually entered and automatically available data.  Five easy steps to bring life to your documents: 

Create -   ProcessRecords makes it easy to build powerful data entry forms.  Form creation is done using Microsoft Infopath.

Present - Documents are presented to the user in accordance with your workflow in a web browser - no client side tools are required!

Enter - Data is entered via text boxes, check boxes, and radio buttons.  Data validation rules are enforced to minimize errors.

Approve - With a single keystroke, forms can be submitted for routing, approval and final auditiing.  Multiple levels of review and approval are available.

Analyze - Standard reports include: Audit Trail, Exception Reports, Activity Management and PDF-rendered final records.  In addition, since the data resides in a secure SQL-database, thrd party tools for analysis and reporting can easily be implemented.
