Victor Ronchetti
Sr. Vice-President/Technical Director


As Technical Director, Vic works with both our customers and our engineering staff to help architect solutions to their manufacturing and facility challenges.  Vic helps ACC manage the balance of strategically deploying new technology and implementing proven technology.

Vic joined ACC in 1985 and worked as a Project Engineer, Project Manager and Vice-President of Engineering, before becoming Senior VP/Technical Director in 1996.  He has extensive experience in the automation arena, having implemented PLC, SCADA, DCS and MES systems in many industries.  Vic includes batch process control, clean water systems and substation automation as areas of particular application expertise.  Prior to joining ACC, Vic worked as a chemical engineer for M.W. Kellogg and Airco Industrial Gases.  Vic holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University.  

Kevin Hannigan
Executive Vice-President


With over 25 years of experience in project management, control systems, automation and information systems, Kevin is responsible for all project and service delivery operations.  In his leadership role, he is instrumental in strategic planning, business and personnel development, project quality, profitability and evangelizing our core values.

Kevin specializes in the management of large multi-discipline programs and projects and in adopting new industries and technologies into our portfolio of offerings.  His industry experience includes biotech, pharmaceutical, electric utility, medical devices, consumer products and commercial facilities.  He is currently driving our energy management and monitoring initiatives, and expansion into new territories.

Kevin joined ACC in 1988 as a Project Engineer.  Prior to joining ACC, Kevin worked as a project engineer for Nabisco.  He holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University.



Michael  Blechman
President


Michael provides overall strategic direction and operational management to the ACC team.  He believes in focusing the organization in areas where ACC’s extensive experience and expertise can best help our customer’s improve their operations and achieve their business goals.

Michael joined ACC in 1988 and worked as a Sales Engineer, Sales and Marketing Manager and General Manager, before becoming President in 1996.  Prior to joining ACC, he spent eight years with GE and GE Fanuc in a variety of sales and application engineering roles in the areas of variable speed drives, PLCs, robotics and vision systems.   Michael has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

 

Arlene Weichert
Vice-President of Sales & Marketing


Arlene establishes and maintains client connections, develops strategy and works to expand ACC’s business opportunities.  She espouses ACC’s philosophy of helping customers implement control and information technology that directly benefits their businesses through improvements to productivity, information visibility, and compliance.


Arlene joined ACC in 1990 and began her career as a project engineer before joining the sales team as a sales engineer, progressing to Manager of Sales & Marketing and then to her current position as Vice-President of Sales & Marketing.  Prior to ACC, Arlene worked as an industrial engineer for DuPont.  Arlene holds a B.S Degree in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University. 


Chris Monchinski
Director of Manufacturing Information Technology


Chris is ACC’s representative to the ISA 95 committee on Enterprise-to-Control System Integration and is currently the co-chair of that committee. He is a frequent speaker at industry events, having presented at conferences such as World Batch Forum, Interphex and ISPE. Chris has been with ACC since 1994.  Chris has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Computer Science from California State University.
